Delete your WeynX account
You can permanently delete your WeynX account and associated data. Deletion cannot be undone.
Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open the WeynX app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
This calls our API to permanently delete your user record. Related listings, offers, messages, favorites, and similar cascaded data are removed from the primary database.
Delete by email (if you cannot open the app)
Email support@weynx.com from the same address used on your account. Subject: WeynX account deletion request. Include your full name and that you want permanent deletion. We aim to process requests within 14 days.
What is deleted
- Account profile (name, email, phone, auth tokens, push token)
- Your listings / properties / vehicles you own (and related media metadata)
- Messages, offers, favorites, reviews you wrote, support tickets you opened (as cascaded by our data model)
What may remain briefly
- Short-lived server backups or logs needed for security and abuse prevention
- Information we must keep under law or for resolving active disputes
- Content already copied by other users (e.g. screenshots) outside our control
