By creating an account or using WeynX, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
WeynX is a classifieds / marketplace app that helps people buy and sell goods, browse real estate and vehicles, message other users, and (where available) request logistics. WeynX is not a party to transactions between users and does not hold funds for purchases unless a feature explicitly says otherwise.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old (or older if local law requires).
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
- One person may not abuse multiple accounts to evade bans or limits.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your login credentials and activity on your account. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community.
4. Listings & user content
- You retain ownership of content you post, but grant WeynX a license to host, display, and moderate it to operate the Service.
- Listings must be truthful, legal to sell in your location, and free of prohibited items (illegal goods, weapons, drugs, stolen property, adult sexual content, scams, counterfeit goods, and other items we ban in-app or by law).
- Do not put phone numbers or off-platform contact spam in listing text when the app asks you to use in-app chat.
- Photos must depict the actual item/property you are offering.
5. Messaging, offers & safety
Chat and offers are for legitimate buying/selling. Harassment, fraud, and spam are forbidden. Meet in public places when exchanging goods; WeynX does not guarantee other users. Use Report tools for suspicious activity.
6. Paid features
Some features (e.g. featuring a listing, subscriptions) may be free during beta or billed later. Prices and terms will be shown before you confirm. In-app purchases, when enabled, follow the store’s refund rules.
7. Moderation
We may remove content, hide listings, or ban accounts for policy or legal reasons, with or without notice when needed for safety.
8. Intellectual property
WeynX branding, app design, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape at scale, reverse engineer, or misuse the Service.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, accurate third-party listings, or successful deals between users. To the fullest extent allowed by law, WeynX is not liable for user conduct, item quality, property descriptions, or losses from marketplace transactions.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid to WeynX for paid features in the 3 months before the claim, or (b) USD 50.
11. Termination
You may stop using WeynX and delete your account anytime (how to delete). We may stop providing the Service or terminate accounts for violations or operational reasons.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local consumer law says otherwise. Courts in Qatar have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
